Edifici Relats

Description

The project consolidates one of the few unbuilt lots in the center of Granollers and integrates the urban intervention upon  Casa Relats and its surroundings. The building faces the main avenue and is part of a larger project that will define the whole block, releasing its interiors as a public space, a dream come true for the neighbourhood. The building is divided into two separate bands by patios that supply ventilation for the 40 dwellings.
